OneGLB: combine Mixamo animations into one GLB, no Blender
A downloadable tool for Windows, macOS, and Linux
You downloaded a character and a stack of animations from Mixamo. Now you want them in ONE file for Godot, GDevelop, three.js or your own engine, and most tutorials start with "open Blender, go to the NLA editor...". OneGLB skips all that.
- Drop your character (FBX, GLB or glTF). If its textures are separate files, drop them with it.
- Drop its animations: Mixamo FBX (with or without skin), other FBX or GLB. As many as you like.
- Press Export. You get one .glb with every clip on the character, each named after its file (Run.fbx becomes 'Run').
It also fixes the usual stuff on the way:
- Mixamo's centimetres become metres, so your character isn't 100 times too big.
- 'In place' per clip: the walk stays on the spot instead of walking out of your collider.
- Every clip carries a track for every joint, so clips play back to back cleanly.
- Optional '-loop' names for Godot, which loops those clips on import.
- 'Play in order' (one tick): you also get ONE clip with all of them in a row, each starting where the last one ended (no snapping back to the start), with a short blend in between. It carries the position over, not the turn: if a clip ends facing a new way, the next one starts facing the way it was made.
- A character whose skin is a separate picture (like Kenney's animated characters): drop the picture with it and it's in the GLB.
- A 3D preview: play each clip before you export.
Nothing is uploaded: your files stay on your computer. No account, no install.
Try it free first: OneGLB free try runs in your browser and exports up to 3 clips per file (idle, walk, run: enough to prototype).
This download (the full version): every clip, works offline as one HTML file on Windows, macOS and Linux (Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari), every future update free.
Tested by code, not just by eye: for every release we combine a test character's clips and real Mixamo characters (including the usual 'with skin' character + 'without skin' animations), then load the GLB in three.js, Godot 4.7 and Blender 5.2 and compare every joint, finger tips included, on every frame with the original.
Known limits (v1): clips must be made for the same skeleton as the character (the normal Mixamo case). Moving animations between DIFFERENT rigs (retargeting) is not in v1.
Made by Kestrelworks. Questions or a file that doesn't work: write in the comments and we'll fix it.
